    I didn't see and reduced fat Ruffles.
    A MUST try. The reason.... Most ALL reduced fat potato chips taste WAY MORE potato-y(?). We do not get them to help our diet but that is how I discovered this awesome taste.
    We rarely buy 'regular' potato chips anymore. Please try this and please pass on this info. We at times find it hard to get our hands on reduced fat Ruffles potato chips or most any other brand of reduced fat I wish they were more popular because they taste amazing I hate buying actual potato chips anymore I always look for the reduced fat kind.

      @xylene There's hit the floor and hit the floor and rolled under the stove. I'm sure BA maintains a tight ship, but I've seen enough Kitchen Nightmares to be afraid of what's under a stove.

    literally my DREAM to try and make something gourmet with claire and brad and i can’t even cook. I’ve watched EVERY video in this series. lol

    you want to use little pressure when using a mandolin and you want to wipe it as fast as possible across the blade, that will yeld the best results. And don't square the vegetables, just put the tip on the runway and swipe down fast not too much pressure , the speed is key it will slide right through with the right speed... watch your hands close to the blade. most have a skewerd holder to hold the potatoes , use that.

    8:53 First of all , potatoes grow in the ground, DIRT! second, your first step is washing slicing and washing again, I cant believe you tossed a spud for falling on the ground!

    IS CLAIRE SINGLE? CUZ IM READY TO MINGLE! Funny when I make french frys i use only russett and i slice them then bring a pot of water to boil. drop the raw frys in the water. let it come to a boil again then wait a min then rinse in cool water. The fry's should be cold before adding to the fryer. Fry about 20-25 min @ around 350* carefull wet fries will foam up the oil. i like to dip the basket then raise it out a few times to avoid a foam over.
